Is there a limit to how many accrual plans can be assigned to employee in OTL?

We currently have 2 and are testing to implement a third starting 2016, but keep receiving an error when there is a PTO Accrual Seeded Formula Time Entry Rule in the Rule Group for the timecard.

Prior to the the 2 current plans have rules in the Rule Group and are being enforced.  Once I put this new PTO Accrual rule in the Group, I receive an error for any type of hours code I enter starting in 2016, when the plan starts.  The errors is indicating a problem with the HXC_PTO_ACCRUAL_COMPARISON formula.
