need help on process parameter

we have 10 databases running on AIX server

Physical RAM-20G

total sum of process parameter of all the database (10)-> 2250

maxuproc parameter

$ lsattr -E -l sys0 | grep maxuproc

maxuproc 2048 Maximum number of PROCESSES allowed per user      True


Memory consumption of the oracle user on this server is as below:

$ svmon -U -O unit=MB

Unit: MB

User Inuse      Pin     Pgsp Virtual

oracle 12702.66   203.85  6359.72 16695.10

Database Version is 11202

I need to increase the process parameter on one of the database whose SGA is 600M


So please advice how can I justify the client, till what limit we can increase the PROCESS PARAMETER
