How to produce multiple copies of a BI Publisher output with page number grouping (not collation)

We have a requirement to print Bill of Lading / Packing Slips in four times . We have a BI Publisher Report Definition attached to the program. How can I setup BI Publisher to print multiple copies automatically (not collate).

For example, Desired Outcome - (1,1,1,1), (2,2,2,2), (3,3,3,3) for a 3 page PDF as as these are coming on different colored papers.however, we are getting (1,2,3), (1,2,3), (1,2,3).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
