Upgrade Oracle Agent 10.2.0.5.0 to 11.1.0.1.0

At present few of our systems, oracle agent running on oracle version 10.2.0.5.0 , We planned to upgrade the agent version to 11.1.0.1.0.

Please provide document to upgrade oracle agent (not grid control, Grid control is running on 11g in different server) or step by step by process from 10.2.0.5.0 to 11.1.0.1.0  on Solaris.
