how to find which api/package/procedue calling by Mobile WMS Ship Split

Hi Gurus

We have R12 WMS and updating the Picked LPN to packing LPN through  outbound Packing>> split mobile page. Most of the time its updating correctly the new LPN. But last two time it was failing to update the transfer LPN. but MMT showed this transaction without Transfer LPN.  Also Transfer LPN is not updated in MMT and WSH delivery details and in turn mtl onhand quantities. I want to know where it is failing. Which package body was called in case any customization ? How can i get this information from mobile page function? how can i extract that package
