sleep seconds for FNDSM and FNDIMON

Hi

Could you please share me your advice on the following question?

Concurrent : Manager->Define

query Service Manager &Internal Monitor,click Work Shifts

On work shifts,the value of sleep seconds are setting as 60 for Service Manager and Internal Monitor

Also no work shift info for the two managers are defined on work shifts

But in FND_CONCURRENT_QUEUES table,SLEEP_SECONDS for them are 0.

could you please tell me which value is used for sleep seconds? 0 or 60?
