Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Our customer use an internet explorer 8 and cannot upgrade to 11 by IS operation policy.

We implemented JDE1 TR 9.1.5, MTR IE version are 10,11.

Customer said, cannot upgrade to IE 11 and cannot use other browser.

We make a effort to give the solution, but cannnot find good idea.

Please inform me if you have a same case and good idea!!
