Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. customer monitor SL3000 to use SLC by network port 2B ,SL3000 port 1B can be use by SLC ?

I install SL3000 just now, I put some tape into cap and close cap,but the tape can't be get into slot automatic, by robotic,can you tell me why ?
