With out selecting the Status as Forecast the Columns of Best, Worst & Forecast can't be Enabled

Hi,

Can anybody help me out how to use the functionality of Sales Forecast & view the Data on Sales Manager Dashboard. If i am selecting the Status as Forecast then the Best, Worst & Forecast columns are getting enabled. Is it possible without changing the status the above said columns should get enable.

And also please let us know how to view the Data on Sales Manager Dashboard.

Please help me out on this.
