Cross-Organization/Position Search

Hi there,

Currently we have our users setup with one or more Positions and appropriately matching Organization.

We have Contacts attached to particular Positions/Organizations.

What's the recommended way to implement a List Applet for display and querying that can have a visibility that accounts for All of a person's existing Positions/Organizations and not just their active position?

Looking forward to any suggestions.
