Upgrade Solaris 11.2 to SRU 13.6 with Oracle solaris cluster

Hello,

when i try to upgrade Solaris 11.2 and oracle solaris cluster  with following command i am getting following error
pkg update --be-name=Solaris-11.2.13.6.0 --accept -nv -C 5 pkg://solaris/entire@0.5.11,5.11-0.175.2.13.0.6.0
Creating Plan (Running solver): -
pkg update: No matching version of entire can be installed:
  Reject:  pkg://solaris/entire@0.5.11-0.175.2.13.0.6.0
  Reason:  No version matching 'require' dependency consolidation/X/X-incorporation can be installed
  Reason:  No version matching 'require' dependency consolidation/osnet/osnet-incorporation can be installed

So when i try to only upgrade to sun cluster 4.2sru5 i am getting this error
