How to populate PIN_FLD_INVOICE_DATA field for ECE rated events.

How is the PIN_FLD_INVOICE_DATA field in /event populated for events (eg. /service/telco/gsm/telephony) which are rated in ECE?

Is there any configuration where we can specify which fields should be cached in the PIN_FLD_INVOICE_DATA?

As PIN_FLD_INVOICE_DATA is decoded in invoicing so the need to customize the fields cached.
