I cannot install primavera because of error

Dear friends,

Please help.
I am trying to install P6R8.4 standalone version.But during installation I am encountering the following message:

“Primavera P6 professional R8.4 setup wizard ended prematurely because of an error.Your system has not been modified.”
 
and then exit the setup. Please can anyone help me.
