OCR - 11gR2 - Device/File needs to be synchronized with the other device

we are having OCR on raw devices. We need to move OCR to GPFS filesystems.

I am trying to add new OCR file using ocrconfig -add , its adding the new OCR successfully

but when I checking the integrity of OCR, it gives me following error that new file need to be synchronized@
