Can we restrict "Consume forecast set" to not to consume current 2 weeks of forecast in Oracle

Can we restrict "Consume forecast set" to not to consume current 2 weeks of forecast in Oracle.

we load the forecast and then "Consume forecast set" program runs and consume the forecast.

We want that our present 2 week is not being consumed.

Is it possible. please help in this.
