Why don't the task status updates by MFS Laptop users show int he Audit tab (Task tab > More > Audit

In Oracle 11i you can view status changes made by any user for a given task by selecting the Task tab > More button > Audit tab. In R12.1.3 we no longer see the task status changes made by the MFS Laptop users. Are we missing setting, or why is this occurring?
