ODA File System Mounting Reporting wrong

I have and ODA X4-2 freshly loaded with 12.1.2.2.0 ODA Patch Bundle.  It was BMR'd to this level.  Everything seemed to be fine but when I do df -h Node 1 reports disk space incorrectly and node 2 reports correctly.  I can remount the disks several times and still shows incorrectly. One i got to mount correctly but haven't been able to reproduce and the reboot brings the problem back,  Sometimes I umount the disk and it never remounts because it states the disk is in use but it's not mounted. UGH!  I have support case open too.  I've checked
