Oracle Form won't compile

I have an oracle form(s) that wont compile in UAT envirorment but will in production. We are running Weblogic version 10.3.5.0, Forms server 11.1.1, Forms 11.1.1.3.


THe same form will compile on my desktop and on Prod but in UAT

when I run . /ora01/Middleware/asinst_1/bin/frmcmp_batch.sh  and off course pass the form name, I get this:
