How to set cutomer Credit Limit to read only ?

Morning, everyone.

I want to set customer Credit Limit to read only. But I can't do that by personalizing. Details are as follow:

Oracle Applications : 12.1.3
Responsibility:          Receivables Manager

Path:                        Customers---Standard---Query a Customer----Click 'Account Description'  link ---Clic 'Profile Amounts' .

Is there any solutions to set the customer Credit Limit to read only
