Unable to create timesheets in OTL Super Timekeeper for future dated employees
In completing our year end patch testing, we've run into an issue not being able to enter time for employees hired mid period. Despite being date tracked to their date of hire, user is unable to pull up anything in the period list of values.
Additionally, when reviewing the timekeeper group, the newly hired individuals do not have the "type" field populated with 'employee' as other employees do. Verified that they are set up as employees in HR.
Has anyone else run into this issue, and if so, how did you resolve?
