How to separate a LE from Ledger and assign to new ledger

Hi

I currently got a GL setup requirement where i have to to separate a LE linked to a Ledger and assign the same LE to another ledger

and then create a operating unit with this LE ,LEDGER

can someone suggest how this can be done ?
