E1 Item Ledger Not Updated - Integrity Issue

Hi,

During Sales transaction, i found below issue which is intermittent -

- Entered the sales order

- Done the ship Confirmation where our inventory got depleted

- Generated the Invoice & Sales Update

- GL Got update with transaction details

But my Item Ledger (Cardex) is not updated with the above transaction details which is creating the Item Ledger & GL Integrity Issue.

Please advise how to resolve this issue.Highly appreciable if there is any white paper on this scenario.
