Inventory Receiving Transactions issue r12

Hello

We are having a big issue right now in receiving a single roll that has been held up in the internal in-transit process due to a shipping data problem at our Brazil. When we attempt to perform receiving transaction we can select the line and line quantity but when selecting the Lot Number (only lot available to select) and enter matching quantity we get error message: INV_WRONG_CONTEXT. Please take a look at the image below and advise.
