Unable to open any applciations or see menus from Web Client

Hi All,

I have a problem where the development team is unable to view any applications or the menus when logged in to localhost.

Have checked the logs under ..OC4J\j2ee\home\log but can't seem to find any errors. Any idea what could be the issue.

The causes I can think of are:

     1. I have deleted the SQL packages on the AS400 enterprise server during the restart of JDE services. Taking a long shot, could this cause an issue ?

     2. IE has been upgraded to 11 over the weekend.

When I try to open any application from localhost, it shows the JITI screen but displays only the app name on the top ribbon. Apart from that, nothing. From the navigator drop-down, I can see the list of task views, but cannot view the menus, tasks any further.
