ATP and move order issue

Hello,

If I enter a move order issue directly on application, this move order is used for ATP calculation (Request Date Quantity field) only if it is transacted, right ?

This move order decreases reservable qty when it is allocated.

Is it possible to take on board (Request Date Quantity field) this move order before it is executed ?

Profile option INV:Capable to Promise =  ATP Based on Collected Data
