Unable to mount NAS filesystem in Exadata on DB server

[root@dbadm01 ~]# mount -t nfs 212.4.39.228:/nas/Exadata_Ora01 /mnt/backup

mount.nfs: Connection timed out

[root@dbadm01 ~]#

[root@dbadm01 ~]# mount -t nfs4 212.4.39.228:/nas/Exadata_Ora01_12c /mnt/backup_12c

mount.nfs4: Connection timed out

[root@dbadm01 ~]#

I suspect this could be a firewall issue.

Any idea which ports needs to be opened b/w exadata and Storage.

Any assistance will be very much appreciated.
