R12.1.3 .Creation of Repair Order errors - ORA-1403

Hi

Its R12.1.3 instance development instance and trying  to setup depot repair for checking a business scenario . 

Issue: Trying to create a repair order and getting ORA-1403 error. There are no CS or CSD invalids. We don’t have Install base module installed.

 

Setup profiles:

  MO: Operating unit:             OU_FCG

  HR: Business Group:             Setup Business Group

   MO: Security Profile:             OU_FCG

   

Created New business process for depot repair:

Service activity – association to FCG OU.

  No Pre- Repair nor Post Repair Activity associated with the Repair Type.

  Creation of Repair order ,it error ORA-01403 and clicking details gives ,FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062
