OSB Managed server start time takes too long

Hi,

I'm getting the below Exception when starting my second OSB server. The time it takes to start is about 1 hour!

The Exception is logged every minute.

I followed Doc ID 1275616.1

I defined listen-address on both managed servers and clusters.

All clusters are defined as Unicast.

The problem still exist.

WebLogic version is 10.3.6.0

The Exception is:

<Error> <ALSB Statistics Manager> <BEA-473003> <Aggregation Server Not Available. Failed to get remote aggregator

java.rmi.UnknownHostException: Could not discover URL for server 'testServer'

        at weblogic.protocol.URLManager.findURL(URLManager.java:145)

        at com.bea.alsb.platform.weblogic.topology.WlsRemoteServerImpl.getInitialContext(WlsRemoteServerImpl.java:120)

        at com.bea.alsb.platform.weblogic.topology.WlsRemoteServerImpl.lookupJNDI(WlsRemoteServerImpl.java:76)
