Create Accounting and Cost Update in multi Ledger Setup

HI -

We have 3 ledgers , for 3 separate Companies

Is there any way to restrict the Ledger value set in "Create Accounting"  and "Cost Update", to just show one ledger, based on the responsibility org_id , or somthing like that .

Now any user in any company can create accounting to any other company , or close their period , wich could be a serious problem .
