Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

We are on R12.1.3 .

In Depot repair,we have set the profile - CSD: Enable Service Request Drill-down to Yes.

When click on the Service Number it opens HTML screens of SR and we wanted the form version to open .How do we achieve this please?
