Oracle Payments Funds Disbursement Payment Instruction Extract, Version 1.0 - Configuration?

Hi All,

The XML extract 'Oracle Payments Funds Disbursement Payment Instruction Extract, Version 1.0'  has a field on it called 'MaskedBankAccountNumber'. Alas this field contains the full bank account number un-masked. I want ot look at the spec for this extract but I have been unable to find this extract nor understand how this relates to the data definition in XML publisher 'Oracle Payments Funds Disbursement Payment Instruction Extract 1.0'??
