Siebel Print Fulfillment Setup

Hello,

I'm looking for advice or opinion on how different shops setup their print fulfillment centers.

We're using Siebel 8.1 Public Sector.  All printing is done via the print fulfillment view in Siebel, but output is becoming a problem.  We have 5 fulfillment printers, printing about 4-5000 pages per day. 

The prints are combined in packages with a merged letter and attachments.  There are usually 6-10 documents in a package both PDFs and DOCX documents.

The trouble we have, is that the prints cannot be sorted at the printer because they are assembled into packages.  These get spooled out of order and employees have to sort stacks of prints manually, leading to errors.
