Has anyone had any strange issues with Cloud Control OEM 12.1.0.4.0 on an ODAX3-2 running OAK 2.7

...with many many processes of parse-log1.pl and lsnrresp.pl  that we cannot kill (must reboot).  We have other ODAs, various models, some running 2.7 and 2.8, and we only are having this issue on this one.  Have reinstalled OEM a few times.  We installed agents it in 2 separate folders  (one for node 0 and node 1) on the /cloudfs volume. Also, once this happens we are unable to get to $AGENT_HOME/sysman/log - trying to access it in any way permanently hangs the session.  Put SAR in with Oracle yesterday AM.  No response at all.
