Assign Territory Access for Total Mode (Report Set) ends with error status

Hello,

I'm in R12.2.4 and running for the first time

the request set for Quotes transaction.

I'm getting error but can't fin messages in request log even with Debug and Trace parameters set to Yes.

see please screenshot below

I tried running the same concurrent for Account transcation and no error came.

Any idea in how to get a verbose log?

Set log says

The set completed normally with outcome Error.
The outcome was determined by the final stage, Stage 1.

and ASTATAQT log says
