BUG in Account Details Form - adding TRANSACTION_FLEX field

In the past there must have been an option to add the TRANSACTION_FLEX field to the Account Details screen because we have a folder view that includes this and to this day it still pulls this concatenated information. We have moved to MLS/NLS and need to recreate this folder view in French by having a french user create it; however, this field is not available to select. In an attempt to see if one of the available fields to add was in fact the TRANSACTION_FLEX field we noticed that this TRANSACTION_FLEX field would be displayed randomly however within another column (see attached). We believe there is a bug with the Account Details form and/or
