October 2015 Solaris 10 CPU revisions causing trouble

As is usual with Oracle, we get a nice notification that a CPU is coming, and we all know it's coming in January, April, July, and October, on the Tuesday nearest the 19th of the month. A lot of us watch for it so we can get a head start on the information assurance types who are going to be issuing action items very soon after the release.

Following my usual practice, I installed the October 2015 Solaris CPU on my "throwaway" server and our development server on October 21. Then Information Assurance ran an ACAS scan, and it flagged one as being compliant, and the other as non-compliant (against
