how to restrict quantity to be moved when user is trying to transact MO into TELNET.

Hi Oracle Friends,

Currently into Oracle Mobile TELNET material users while confirming a Move Order to Transact they are typing higher quantity than original quantity requested into the Move Order, we are requesting to restrict that maximum quantity to be allocated would be the original quantity or less but not more tan original quantity.

Is there any setup for this requirement?
