Location has vanished from F41021 and F4111

We have an unusual situation where an item was in a location with qty on hand in both the F41021 and F4111 on 10/25/2015. On 10/26/2015 the location with the qty on hand is no longer visable in either the F41021 nor the F4111. We have confirmed that users are not able to delete the location because it had qty on hand and has cost files. We are at a loss as to how this location no longer exists in the F41021 nor in F4111 tables. This location and qty does exist in the F41112 table. Where should we search
