Reopen an Oracle SR
Hi, I recently re-opened and SR. I received a voice mail from Oracle support indicating that I should view his recent update. I went back into MOS and could not find the SR as opened, so I changed the view to show open and closed SRs. I found the SR as still closed and there was no update to the SR. Also I am unable to update the SR. How do I get this SR to "REALLY" reopen?!
