FDM 11.1.2.3 issue when configured with multiple fdm servers

Gurus,

We have a setup of multiple 11.1.2.3 FDM servers. Once we reboot the servers and then try to login to the FDM web using the URL on server 1, it logs us in without any issues, however for server 2 this is what happens:

The login to FDM web on server 2 fails initially.

We login to Load balance config....and under the Authentication Provider..we edit the shared service connection and then click on test connection.

Once the connection is successful, we keep the load balancr config window open and then try to login to the FDM web on the second server.
