GOP Availability Date based on Customer Specific Shelf Life in ASCP

We have decentralized EBS / APS instance and INV: Capable to Promise is set to ATP/CTP based on Planning Output. We have items that have Shelf life set at the Item Master level.

Now the question - For the same item, we have different Minimum Shelf Life that we have addressed in ASCP by Item Attribute Mass Maintenance and have attached that simulation set to Plan option for GOP (ATP checked). After running collections and Plan, when we create and schedule the sales order, the Minimum Remaining Shelf Life (MRSL) is not honored.
