L_RPM_RPMTOORPOSPUBLISHBATCH batch runs very long when huge data in RPM_PROMO_ITEM_PAYLOAD TABLE - VERSION 13.2.6.

Please suggest performance improvement plans. New Item Loc batch is inserting millions of records in promo_item_payload table then Publish batch is running for 4-5 hrs.

This is impacting our RPM batch chain daily and is a urgent priority for us to get better execution plans.Please help.
