SO (created with SR) is not visible in 'Order' form

Hi All,

We have created SR 3942990 and sales order 3021588 with this SR, but when trying to open the sales order in order organizer the system does not recognize it and will not let us open the SO.

I have checked the item associated with this and it is already 'Shippable' and 'OE Transactable'.

How this can be done? Find attached screenshots for this.
