Cycle Count Listing issue - r12.0.6

Hello

We have two issues with Cycle count listing report.

1. Either items are not showing altogether on the report.

OR

2. Items show up but without all of its locator information.

Item count is setup to be auto scheduled to run on daily basis. We have also tried through manual scheduling but the issue persists.

We have repeatedly check setup, all sub inventories and locators are assigned to these items and there is sufficient on hand balances.

Still above issue persists.

Upon further investigation, we also noticed that the Cycle count Generate program is not inserting any rows into MTL_CYCLE_COUNT_ENTRIES for items having above mentioned issues and that explains why the listing report is behaving this way.
