Taxes on complex PO?

Hi Team,

I am implementing retainage. For this I have created one complex PO. My customer has requirement of applying service tax and Vat on complex PO so when I create invoice, I get automatically calculated service tax and Vat on invoice amount. Please advise the process of applying in complex PO. Under Purchasing- India Localized Form- Purchase orders- I am getting only Standard PO's not complex PO's.

Please advise.
