RTF Template (Reports for FDMEE)

Hello,

I installed BI Publisher Desktop, but we cant get it to work with WORD2013 (For creating the reports in FDMEE)? Is there something that we are missing? The Addin does not show up at all (it does not show up even at options)

Its 11.1.1.9., but when the word document opens up it shows the help for 11.1.1.7. (dunno if its an error or just a type mismatch)
