How to prevent user from closing a move order line manually

Hi

There is a issue with the move order we want that user is not able to close the move order line manully.

The issue is that in WIP when we release a job move order create automatically and user is saying that move order is closing without transact.

So we want is it possible that user is not able to close the move order line.
