unable to deploy BSSV Package

while wr are trying to add and deploy bussiness service server package we have the following error

also the following message appear in jas.log

03 Nov 2015 14:37:39,714 [WARN  ]  -
[JDBJ]            ClassNotFoundException
while trying to load  com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver, this
JDBC Driver is not in the Classpath. Not all of the supported JDBC Drivers have
been installed. Processing will continue though.
