MSCA Locator not getting populated automatically for the item.

Hi Gurus,

Please suggest on the following :-

Locator is not getting populated automatically for item in MSCA.

Checking thats been done in database for the item  in the mentioned sub inventory for the org 1 locator is found. but in MSCA it doesn't get populated ,only LOV is coming.

As warehouse people are not aware they need it to be populated automatically.

Any suggestion how to populate it automatically or why its not happening. any setups that can be checked.
