P03B22 not creating RF, not calling R03B22

Hello!

I am having trouble creating RF with manager aproval. I run R03B525 and a record apears on P03B22, but when I aprove the record, the program should call R03B22 and create RF records on F03B11. Non of this is happening.

Any help will be appreciated!!!
